摘　　要：论述了海洋防污涂层性能评价的静态和动态两种方法,介绍了实验室条件下动态评价防污涂层性能的实验装置。重点介绍了一种新型的防污涂层性能评价装置及其特点,该装置能够实现新型防污涂层开发初期的筛选和择优,缩短了研发时间。Static and dynamic methods are summarized for estimating performance of anti-fouling coatings in this article.Several experimental devices are also introduced for dynamic estimating function of ocean anti-fouling coatings in the article.We focus on a new estimating device and its distinguishing feature,this dynamic devices are contented with screening and selection at the initial stage of development for new anti-fouling coatings and greatly shorten the circle of developing new products.
