摘　　要：近年来,在微生物实验教学过程中通过探索以训练学生的微生物操作技能为目标,同时注重思维能力和主动创新意识培养。总结了其中有关实验教学内容、教学方法及考核评价等方面的教改尝试,以及实践中积累的几点体会。To train students＇ the basic microbial technique and skills is the basic goal during our microbial experiments teaching process in recent years.Meanwhile,we focus on developing their innovative ability by some exploration and practices.We summarize some points of the teaching content,teaching methods and assessment evaluation and other aspects of reform attempts in our teaching process,as well as some experiences.
