摘　　要：引入项目管理的思想,应用项目采购管理的方法和技术手段,从高校仪器设备采购项目组织的职能与分工以及项目立项、项目采购计划的编制、仪器设备验收等几个仪器设备采购的重要环节进行分析探讨,以期规范高校仪器设备采购管理程序,避免科研、教育资金浪费,保障高校仪器设备采购工作的顺利进行,提高资金的有效利用率。We apply the idea of project management and the methods and techniques of project procurement management,explore the functions of the organization and division for instruments and equipment procurement project of university,project approval,project procurement plan preparation,instruments and equipment inspection and several other procurement important parts.It can help us to regulate the management of university instruments and equipment procurement procedures,to avoid wasting funds research and education,to protect the university equipment procurement smoothly and improve capital efficiency and effectiveness.
