摘　　要：仪器设备是加强高校实验室建设的物质保障,而仪器设备的采购是高校实现实验室建设的一项重要而不可或缺的环节。作者在大量阅读相关文献的基础上,结合实际工作经验对仪器设备采购原则进行了研究。Instruments and equipment is the material guarantee of strengthening the university laboratory construction.The key link of instrument purchasing is the compilation of purhase plans.On the basis of reading relevant literature,the author studies the compilation principles of instrument purchase plan combining with the practical working experience.
