摘 要:为揭示农村生活污水的水质特征及对滇池水域的潜在影响,对滇池东岸的自卫村生活污水、井水、河水进行采样与分析,结果表明:生活污水pH值正常,电导率、叶绿素含量偏高,溶解氧含量偏低,化学需氧量偏高,受还原性物质污染严重。生活污水中溶解氧含量、化学需氧量与井水、马料河水之间有显著性差异。生活污水中氨氮量、总磷量严重超标,对滇池水质安全存在较大的潜在风险。水中氯化物、硝态氮、硫酸盐以及锌、砷、镉、铅在允许范围内,氟化物、重金属铜有一定程度超标。生活污水与井水、河水的氟化物、铜含量有显著性差异。水中重金属镉未检出,含极微量的砷。研究的结论是,滇池周边农村生活污水对滇池水体富养化存在潜在影响。In order to survey water quality characteristics of rural domestic sewage and potential effects on Dianchi water regime,Ziweicun village domestic sewage,well water and river water on Dianchi east bank were sampled and analyzed.The results showed that pH value of domestic sewage was normal,and conductivity and chlorophyll content were higher.Meanwhile,the DO content was lower and the COD content was higher than water quality national standard,Ziweicun village domestic sewage was polluted seriously by reductive matter.The mean difference was significant at the 0.05 level between the domestic sewage's DO content,COD content and the well water's,the river water's.There was a tremendous risk in Dianchi water quality security because the NH3-N and TP-P content of rural domestic sewage were too exceeded than the national standard.Furthermore,it didn't exceed the national standards for the Cl-、NO3——N、SO42-、Zn、As、Cd、Pb content in the domestic sewage,but the F-and Cu content surpassed the national standards in varying degrees.The mean difference was significant at the 0.05 level between the domestic sewage's F-content,Cu content and the well water's,the river water's.The Cd of domestic sewage wasn't examined and the As content was a tiny trace.The research conclusion came to that there were potential effects of rural domestic sewage around Dianchi lake on water eutrophication.
