摘 要:为了更好地利用、储藏芭蕉根,对干、鲜品芭蕉根指纹图谱相似度进行聚类分析,利用Dia-monsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)乙腈-0.05%磷酸水梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长310nm,测定了4种不同干、鲜品的芭蕉根药材指纹图谱,并对其相似度进行聚类分析。结果表明:鲜品芭蕉根与晾干品及冻干品芭蕉根指纹图谱相似度均有差异,但与烘干品芭蕉根较为相似。利用指纹图谱相似度及聚类分析方法可较全面地反映干、鲜品芭蕉根间的差异。To preferably use and store Rhizome Musae and evaluate the fingerprint similarity of fresh and dry Rhizoma Musae with cluster analysis method.An analysis was performed on Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).Acetonitrile and water containing 0.05% H3PO4 were used as mobile phases with gradient elution.The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 310 nm.The HPLC fingerprints of four different fresh and dry Rhizoma Musae were determined and the similarity was analyzed by cluster analysis.The results showed that There were apparent difference in HPLC fingerprint similarity except for stoving Rhizoma Musae.Fingerprint imilarity and cluster analysis could comprehensively show the difference of fresh and dry Rhizoma Musae.
