摘 要:为筛选出防治柠檬黑星病的高效低毒药剂供生产使用,采用生长速率法于室内测定了8种杂菌剂对柠檬黑星病原菌的毒力。结果表明,供试的8种药剂对菌丝生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,分析各药剂间的EC50值可知,300g/L爱苗EC抑菌作用最强,其EC50仅为0.067 8μg/mL;25%咪酰胺EC和50%施保功WG抑菌作用次之,EC50分别为1.000 1μg/mL和1.907 3μg/mL。以上3种药剂可进行大田试验,具有推广应用的价值。The indoor toxicity of eight fungicides to lemon scab was determined by using the growth speed rate method to screen out the fungicides with efficiency,low-toxicity and low-residue.The results showed that different fungicides had different inhibition effect on mycelium growth of lemon scab and EC50 of 300 g/L Armure EC had the best control effect,its EC50 was 0.067 8 μg/mL.However,25% Prochloraz EC and 50% Stroby WG also had the prominent effect.The former EC50 were 1.000 1 μg/mL and 1.907 3 μg/mL respectively.Therefore,these three fungicides were of popularization and application value in lemon production after further field experiment.
