摘 要:利用VN微合金工艺进行Q460D中厚板的试制,通过对钢板化学成分、冶炼和连铸工艺、轧制及冷却工艺的合理设计,成功试制出60mm以上规格Q460D钢板,其屈服强度为460~515MPa、抗拉强度为600-650MPa、-20℃低温冲击吸收功均值为140~200J,具有较高的强度和良好的低温冲击韧性,满足QS00D的标准要求。The trim production of VN-microalloying Q460D medium plate was introduced in this paper. The more than 60ram thick steel plate of Q460 was successfully manufactured by proper design of its chemical composition, smelting process, continuous casting process, rolling and cooling process. Tits yield strength was 460 - 515 MPa and tensile strength was 600 - 650 MPa. The average impact energy at -20℃ was 140 - 200 J. It is shown that this trial steel has high strength and good low-temperature impact toughness, which could meet the standard requirements of Q500D.
