摘　　要：为使学生了解并学会使用工业计算机网络,在市场充分调查的基础上,选用了工业以太网与现场总线Profibus-DP、Profibus-PA。较为详细地介绍了西门子数字工厂(SIMATIC PCS7)的系统架构,同时,更为详细地介绍了组建工业计算机网络实验的目的以及组态方法。该实验室的建立可以提高电信以及自动化专业学生对工业计算机网络的理解以及在工业生产过程中的具体应用,克服了以往工业计算机网络课程重理论轻实践的弊端,对工业计算机网络的应用以及教学具有特定的意义。In this paper,the Industrial Ethernet and Profibus-DP,Profibus-PA field bus are selected based on a full marketing survey,so as to help students learn and grasp the use of Industrial computer network.The system architecture of siemens ditgal factory is introduced in detail in the paper,the experimental objective and configuration method of constructing Industrial computer network are also presented more amply.The construction of the lab can improve the understanding on Industrial computer network for the students of telecom and automation,which also dispels the former Industrial computer network course＇s disadvantage of emphasizing theory and neglecting practice.
