摘　　要：针对转型期的社会形势和中国社会保险基金监管体系不健全的现状,采用文献法和比较法,分析了中国社会保险监管体系存在的立法缺失、监管机构分散、保值增值困难等问题,结果表明,应该从立法、管理模式和监管机制等方面完善社会保险基金监管体系。In view of social situation in transformation and current unsound supervision system of social insurance fund in China, literature and comparison were adopted to analyse the problems of this system in defects of legislation, looseness of supervision organizations, difficulties in value maintenance and ap- preciation and so on. Results suggest that Chinese government should improve supervision system of so- cial insurance fund in legislation, management mode and supervision mechanism.
