摘　　要：围绕金融支持阜新经济转型的有效性,采用调查分析的方法,分析了金融支持阜新经济转型取得成效,总结存在筹资结构单一、中小企业融资难等问题,并提出政策性银行带头提供专项贷款、扶持中小企业上市融资、发行短期融资债券等建议,对同类经济转型城市发展具有借鉴意义。In view of the effectiveness of financial support for Fuxin economic transformation, investiga- tions were made to conclude its successful experiences and analyse its financial problems such as sin- gleness of its financing structure and financing difficulties in small and medium-sized enterprises. Sug- gestions are put forward. First, policy banks should take the initiative in providing loans for spe- cial-purpose.Second, small and medium-sized enterprises should be assisted in listing financing. Third, short-term financing bonds should be issued. Findings can provide guidance for cities in economic trans- formation.
