摘　　要：介绍了清华大学设立实验室开放基金,不断调整和完善基金管理制度,实现基金申请、受理和评审的信息化、网络化管理的经验和具体做法。实验室开放基金在清华大学科研条件平台的建设中发挥了重要的作用,有力地支持了学校的教学和科研工作,也充分调动了机组人员的工作积极性,促进了仪器设备的开放共享,提高了仪器设备的使用效益。This article describes that in Tsinghua University,the open-access fund for laboratory has played an important role in the construction of scientific research platform,providing solid support for scientific research,which assists in output of high-quality research findings,and it has stimulated the motivation of the technical team,promoted the opening and sharing of the technical equipment,and improved the utilization efficiency.The set-up of the open-access fund for laboratory has been implemented in many other universities and hence has become a classical mode to provide great incentive for the sharing and opening of laboratory equipment.
