紫外分光光度法测定赛北紫堇中总生物碱含量

摘　　要：以盐酸小檗碱为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法在410 nm处测定赛北紫堇中总生物碱含量。结果表明,测定在6.48～38.88μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程:y=0.00825x-0.00200,R2=0.99979(n=7),平均加标回收率为101.70%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.19%。实验结果表明,用紫外分光光度法测定赛北紫堇总生物碱含量具有稳定性好、方法简便的优点。The determination was conducted by uhraviolet spectrophotometry photometer under 410 nm ultraviolet radiatio, while the Berberine hydroehloride was selected as contrast substance. The results showed： the linearity relation between absorbency and content is good when the content is 6.48 - 38.88μg/ mL, and the regression equation is y = 0. 00825x - 0.00200, R2 = 0.99979 （ n = 7 ） , average complementary post recovery rate is 101.70. RSD = 3.19%. Ultraviolet spectrophotometry is simple and quick method to de- termine the content of the total alkaloids in Corydalis impatiens with good stability.
