绞股蓝对艾氏腹水癌的抑制作用及机理

摘　　要：绞股蓝(Gynostemma Pentaphyllum)又名七叶胆,为葫芦科绞股蓝属植物,广泛分布于我国长江流域以南及陕西秦巴山区,同属植物有11种之多。据文献报道,绞股蓝具有抗肿瘤、降血脂、防治糖皮质激素的副作用、抗溃疡、抗疲劳等多种生理活性。日本文献报道绞股蓝含有50多种皂甙,其中绞股蓝皂甙3,4,8,12分别与人参皂甙Rb_1,Rb_3,Fresh Gynostemma pentaphyllum callus (FGP) and Gynostemma pentaphyllumgrown in fields (NGP) increased the life span of mice bearing Ehrlich's ascitescarcinoma (EAC) up to 46.6% and 40.7%respectively, but only 23. 1% by anti-cancerdrug 5-Fu. The inhibition rates of FGP and NGP to soIid EAC were 36 .2% and 33.1%respectively, while those of 5-Fu and CP were 30. 3% and 28.7% respectively. Aftertreated with GP, lymphocytes from EAC bearing hosts showed an increased ANAEpositive rate, lymphocyte transformation rate, Bs well as the NK cytotoxicity. It ispostulated thet GP may enhan ce the hosts' capacity of immunological surveillance.
