左氧氟沙星替代吡嗪酰胺治疗老年性肺结核的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察左氧氟沙星替代治疗老年肺结核疗效。方法:随机将80例老年肺结核分为治疗组(40例,给予2HREV/4HR)和对照组(40例,给予2HREZ/4HR化疗方案抗结核治疗),比较两组疗效以及不良反应。结果:两组治疗疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不良反应差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星替代吡嗪酰胺治疗老年性肺结核取得了与含吡嗪酰胺方案相同的近期疗效,但肝损伤、胃肠道反应等不良反应发生少,对于不能耐受比嗪酰胺毒副反应的老年肺结核患者,左氧氟沙星是一种理想替代药物。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of levofloxacin substituting pyrazinamide in treatment of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods： Eighty patients with elderly pulmonary tuberculosis were randomized to the treatment group（40 cases） and control group（40cases）,the treatment group were treated with levofloxacin combined with other antituberculotics（2HREV/4HR）,the control group were treated with pyrazinamide combined with other antituberculotics（2HREZ/4HR）.The clinical treatment outcomes and side effects were observed.Results： There were no significant differences in treatment effect between two groups,but there were significant differences in the side effects.Conclusion： Levofloxacin substituting pyrazinamide in treatment of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis has the same treatment effect as pyrazinamide,but the side effects are little.
