4161例剖宫产围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省宜宾市第二人民医院产科剖宫产围手术期患者抗菌药物的使用情况,评价用药合理性,以进一步指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法随机抽取2009年1月至2011年10月产科剖宫产手术病例4161例,对抗菌药物预防性使用合理性进行调查分析。结果 4161例剖宫产手术均使用了抗菌药物,患者年龄段以23～28岁区间比例最大,共1825例,占43.86%;抗菌药物使用率最高的是哌拉西林他唑巴坦钠,共2085例,占50.11%;抗菌药物联合应用1291例,全部是二联用药,占31.03%;抗菌药物使用天数从3～10d不等;均为术后用药。结论我院剖宫产预防用抗菌药物存在选药不合理、给药时机不当、使用时间过长等突出问题,须积极采取措施,加强管理,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。Objective To investigate the perioperative use of prophylactic antibacterials in patients un- dergoing cesarean section in No. 2 People＇ s Hospital of Yibin, Siehuan province, evaluate the rationality of drug using, in order to guide clinical use of Antibacterials better. Methods The 4161 eases of obstetrics cesar- ean operation between January, 2009 and October, 2010 were random selected for the analysis of prophylactic reasonable use of antibacterials. Results All of the 4161 eases received antibacterials. Patients ages 23 to 28 years old with the largest proportion of interval, a total of 1825 eases, accounting for 43.86%. Antibacterial drug use rates are highest in piperacillin tazobactam sodium, a total of 2085 eases, accounting for 50. 11%. Combined antibacterial application in 1291 cases, all two drugs, aeeounted for 31.03%. Antibacterial drug use days from 3 to 10 days. 100% for postoperative medication. Conclusion Our hospital cesarean section about the preventiveuse of Antibacterials in the presence of prominent problems such as drug selection is not reasona- ble, improper timing of administration, improper use of too much time, we must take positive measures, strengthen the management of the use of Antibacterial drugs, to promote the rational use of antibacterial drugs.
