摘　　要：目的探讨灯盏花素注射液的不良反应及防治措施,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法检索1995～2011年国内医药学期刊报道应用灯盏花素注射液所致不良反应案例,并进行统计、分析。结果灯盏花素注射液可致变态反应、消化、心血管、神经等系统不良反应尤以变态反应为主。结论临床人员应了解灯盏花素注射液所致不良反应的特点,合理使用。Objective To discuss the adverse reactions induced by Breviscapine injection and the pre- venton and cure measures so as to offer basis for the clinic in the rational use of drugs. Methods Breviscapine injection-induced ADR cases reported in the internal pharmaceutical iournals retrieved from 1995 to 2011 were collected and analyzed statistically. Results Breviscapine injection could induce multisystem adverse reactions. Allergy, digestive system, cardiovascular system, and nervous system, particularly the allergic reactions. Conclu- sion Clinicians should know the characteristics of adverse reactions induced by Breviscapine injection so as to apply it rationally.
