摘　　要：小学的篮球选材与培育旨在为我国的篮球后备军增添力量,少年儿童的年龄与身体特征,无法预测其运动发展。本文通过文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,针对北京市五所小学进行实地调查,对小学篮球运动员的选材进行分析和总结,并针对所出现的问题进行了浅析和建议。旨在促进小学篮球运动员的选材科学系统化,促进小学竞技篮球项目的基础性发展。The primary school basketball selection and cultivation aimed at China＇s basketball reserve army that add strength to the children＇s age and physical characteristics,can not predict the development of sports.Literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistical method for the five primary schools in Beijing to conduct field investigations,analyze and summarize the selection of the elementary school basketball players and the Analysis and recommendations for the problems.Designed to promote the selection of scientific systematization of elementary school basketball players to promote the development of the primary competitive basketball project.
