摘　　要：在装配多功能天车大车时，行走车轮跑偏。对其原因进行了分析，并对其调整数据进行准确的计算，提出合理的处理措施，保证大车正常行走。In practises ,during the assembly of PTM＇ s girder mechanism, it offen occurs that the girder wheels would offset to the designed position due to the accumulation of dimensional tolerance or others. The paper deal with the analysis of reasons throughly, and calculated precisely about the correct data, at last, present the proper corrective actions in order to dismiss the deviant.
