摘　　要：目的通过对67例泛影葡胺注射液致不良反应的文献进行分析，探讨其引起不良反应的规律和原因，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法以“泛影葡胺注射液”、“不良反应”等关键词对1997年～2012年中国期刊全文数据库文献进行检索，对其中涉及泛影葡胺注射液致不良反应的54篇文献中报道的67例病例（文献含重复病例）报告进行统计与分析。结果与结论泛影葡胺注射液致不良反应与剂量无关，呈现速发型和迟发型的特点，临床应用应加强监测，密切防范不良反应的发生。Objective Explore the clinical characteristics and regularity of ADR by Meglumine diatrizoate injection, provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods With ＂Meglumine diatrizoate injection＂ 、＂adverse drug reaction＂ as keywords, retrieved literatures in 1997 to 2012 China journal full-text database, 54 articles of ADR by Meglumine diatrizoate injection, involving 67 patients（with repeated case） were statistically analyzed. Results and Conclusion Meglumine diatrizoate injection inducing ADR was irrelevant with dose, appeared in fast-type and delayed-type characteristic, clinical application should be monitored closely to prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions.
