摘　　要：介绍了炉衬耐火材料选用的基本要求，结合生产与实践经验着重分析了炉衬打结工艺、烘烤和烧结工艺，以及金属熔炼工艺对炉衬使用寿命的影响，指出延长炉龄可以降低生产成本，提高生产效率。The basic requirements of lining refractory selection were presented. The effects of ramming process, baking and sintering process for furnace lining and metal melting process on lining service life were analyzed with production and practical experience. It＇s pointed out that the longer prolong furnace life can reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency.
