摘 要:以海绵、粉笔、玉米芯3种材料为载体,进行了DDVP熏蒸防治大豆食心虫成虫效果的比较研究,结果表明,在3种载体中,以海绵效果最好,玉米芯次之,粉笔最差。同时,针对DDVP熏蒸防治大豆食心虫成虫的有效距离进行了测定,结果显示,DDVP熏蒸防治大豆食心虫成虫的有效距离为2.6m(36h内靶标死亡率100%),田间有效防治的载体单元投放量不能少于25个/667m2。风对DDVP熏蒸效果有影响,但在大面积应用时,风的影响可被多点的传递效应所抵消。In this study, the effect of 3 kinds of materials: sponges, chalk, corn cob as the DDVP fumigation carrier to control the adults of soybean pod borer was compared. The results showed that among the three carriers, sponge had the best controlling effect, followed by corn cob, while chalk had the lest effect. The effective distance of DDVP fumigation in controlling adults of soybean pod borer was 2.6 m with target mortality rate of 100% within 36 hours. The effective prevention and control unit of the cartier into field should not be less than 25 per mu. Wind influenced DDVP fumigation, which can be offset by multi-pass effect in large area application.
