摘　　要：从补虚荣络、搜风剔邪、活血化瘀、清热解毒、熄风通络、通络消积等方面介绍藤类药治疗肾小球疾病的经验,并总结出临床运用藤类药的注意事项。This paper introduces the treatment of glomerular disease with rattan medicine from the following aspects： strengthening asthenia to nourish collaterals, expelling wind to eliminate pathogenic factor, activating blood to resolve stagnation, clearing heat to remove toxin, expelling wind to dredge collaterals and dredging collaterals to resolve stagnation, and summarizes the cautions of rattan medicine used in clinical application.
