丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液对麻醉犬血流动力学影响

摘　　要：目的观察丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液对麻醉犬血流动力学的影响。方法采用麻醉犬在体心脏实验法,观察丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液对血流动力学各项参数的影响。结果丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液(1.25 mg/kg、2.5 mg/kg、5.0 mg/kg)组均能显著减慢麻醉犬心率(HR),增加冠状动脉流量(CBF);2.5 mg/kg、5.0 mg/kg剂量组能降低舒张压(DAP),减少总耗氧指数(TTI)、总外周血管阻力(TPVR),增加心搏指数(SI)、每搏输出量(SV),与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),但对心输出量(CO)和心脏指数(CI)无明显影响。结论丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液能改善麻醉犬血流动力学。Objective To study the effects of Sulibtanshinone Sodium Injection on cardiac hemodynamics in anesthetic dogs. Methods The experimental method of in situ heart of anesthetic dogs was employed. The effects of Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injeetion on dog＇ s cardiac hemodynamics were observed. Results In dogs treated with Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection at the dosage of 2.5 mg/kg and 5.0 mg/kg, the heart rate slowed and coronary blood flow increascd significantly, diastolic arterial pressure, total oxygen consumption index and total peripheral vascular resistance decreased at the dosage of 2.5 mg/kg and 5.0 mg/kg; while stroke index and stroke volume increased considerably（P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ） in comparison with the control group. No significant differences were found in cardiac output and cardiac index between the control group and Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection groups. Conclusion Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection can improve the cardiac bemodynamics in anesthelie dogs.
