中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛60例

摘　　要：目的:观察银杏达莫注射液合补心气口服液治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:将90例气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者按2∶1随机分为两组。两组均予阿司匹林肠溶片75 mg治疗的基础上,治疗组60例用银杏达莫注射液合补心气口服液治疗,对照组30例用极化液加硝酸甘油治疗。均以20天为1疗程。结果:两组心绞痛疗效比较,治疗组显效34例,有效22例,无效4例,总有效率为93.33%(95%CI=83.50%～98.14%);对照组显效10例,有效13例,无效7例,总有效率76.67%(95%CI=42.30%～90.05%);两组综合疗效比较(u=2.246 3,P=0.025 1),差异有显著性意义。两组心电图疗效比较(u=0.585 6,P=0.558 1),差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:银杏达莫注射液合补心气口服液治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的疗效优于极化液加硝酸甘油,其收益为OR=0.23(95%CI=0.06～0.88),NNT=6(95%CI=3.22～43.48)。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Yin-xing Da- mo combined with Oral Solution of Bu- xin -qi on coronary angina pectoris with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods ：90 cases with coronary angina pectoris belonging to syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis were divided into two groups randomly as 2： 1. Enteric - coated Tablets of Aspirin 75 mg were given to the two groups. Then 60 cases in treatment group were given to Yin -xing Da -too and Oral Solution of Bu -xin -qi, and 30 ones in control group were given to polarized solution and nitroglycerol. One treatment course included 20 days. Results： On angina effect, in treatment group 34 cases were excellent, 22 ones effective and 4 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.33% （95% CI = 83.50% -98. 14% ）. And in control group 10 cases were excellent, 13 ones effective and 7 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 76. 67% （95%CI =42. 30% -90. 05% ）. There was significant difference on comprehensive effect between the two groups （u = 2. 246 3, P = 0. 025 1 ）. But There was not significant difference on electrocardiogram effect between the two groups （ u = 0. 585 6, P = O. 558 1 ） （ P 〉 O. 05）. Conclusion ： Yin - xing Da -mo combined with Oral Solution of Bu - xin - qi has better effect on coronary angina pectoris with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis than polarized solution combined with nitroglycerol, OR = 0. 23 （95% CI --- 0. 06 - 0. 88）, NNT =6 （95% CI =3. 22 -43.48）.
