摘　　要：针对棒材表面裂纹全修磨去除量较大、智能寻迹修磨算法复杂的问题,根据棒材缺陷通常为沿棒材轴向细长裂纹的特点,提出一种基于集合的简化寻迹修磨算法。经生产验证,运用该算法可以在一定程度上解决去除量大和算法复杂的问题。Aiming at the problems that whole grinding removel was big and the intelligent tracing grinding algorithm was complex, taking advantage of the feature that most bar＇s flaw was long narrow and axial distributing, a simple algorithm basing on set theory was provided. It has been proved by production that the algorithm can be used to solve the above problems to a certain extent.
