摘 要:以某大型调平回转装置的实装操作训练为研究背景,提出大型调平回转装置模拟训练系统的设计方案,论述系统硬件组成和软件构成。采用模块化设计思想,给出调平回转装置模拟训练系统的原理结构及实现过程,分析视景仿真子系统的组成及开发流程。采用基于PLC的分布式检测与控制技术和视景仿真技术,保证模拟训练系统的高可靠性、实时性和视景仿真的逼真度。该系统可用于某大型调平回转装置的模拟操作训练,具有很好的应用前景和经济效益。Taking operation training for some large scale level and rotate equipment as background, the design scheme of the simulative training system was advanced. The hardware component and software form of the system were dissertated. With the blocking design idea, the principle, structure and realization of the simulative training system were proposed. The component and the develop- ment flow of the visual simulative subsystem were analyzed briefly. Distributed test and control technique based on PLC and the visual simulative technique were adopted in the system, which could ensure the high reliability, real-time ability of simulative training system and fidelity of visual simulation. It can be used in simulative training process for some large scale level and rotate equipment, with good application foreground and great economical benefit.
