摘  要:研究对椭圆进行变量编程时自变量的选取对编程插补误差的影响。分析以离心角θ,坐标x、y为自变量进行编程时的插补误差特性,发现编程插补误差分布及最大编程插补误差等有明显差异性;针对椭圆编程,提出通过选取合适的自变量、采用多自变量进行分段编程以减少编程误差的变量编程方法,并用一个实例验证了该方法的有效性。Based on ellipse CNC variable programming, the effects ot independent variables on programming interpolation error were researched. The programming interpolation error characteristics were analyzed when the independent variables were θ, x, y. It is found that the interpolation error distributions and the maximum interpolation errors are different. A method was presented to reduce er- rors by selecting appropriate independent variables and using multi-variable segmentation programming. A case was shown to verify its effectiveness.
