数控车床电动刀架故障排查实例分析

摘　　要：针对电动刀架无响应、不换刀的典型故障,通过依次排查其机械结构、电气控制系统、PLC程序和数控系统数据接口等,找到故障的根源,给出具体维修方案,成功排除了刀架故障。Aiming at electric turret fault of no response and tool change failure, by examining its mechanical structure, electrical control system, PLC program and CNC data interfaces in turn, the fault cause was found, an appropriate maintenance scheme was giv- en, as a result the electric turret fault was successfully resolved.
