摘　　要：利用Pro/E软件的参数特征建模功能实现花键轴铲齿成形铣刀的三维造型设计。先根据花键轴铲齿成形铣刀的加工原理和结构特点完成刀具的切削部分基本形体的设计;再切出花键轴铲齿成形铣刀的容屑槽等特征。该产品的设计方法设计快捷、高效,故在工程设计中具有一定的借鉴价值。Pro/E software modeling capabilities to achieve the parameters characteristic shovel tooth spline forming three-dimensional cutter design.According to spending the first shovel tooth milling cutter shaft principle and structure characteristics of the process to complete some of the basic shape of the cutting tool design;and then cut out the spline shaft shovel tooth milling cutter of the flute and other features.The product design method is fast,efficient,and so it has a certain reference value in engineering design.
