摘  要:为解决Ni基高温合金GH4698合金承力环的焊接修复问题,本文研究了该合金的氩弧焊接(TIG)工艺,获得了质量良好的焊接接头。研究结果表明,选用HGH533焊丝,并在强制水冷条件下焊接,GH4968合金具有较高的焊接裂纹抗力;焊后经775℃×16 h热处理,接头室温拉伸强度与基体接近,高温拉伸强度则达到基体的92%,焊缝维氏(HV)硬度也与基体的接近,且焊后热处理对基体无不利影响。在研究基础上,成功地实现了GH4698合金承力环的焊接修复。In order to welding repair a load-bearing ring of Ni-based wrought superalloy-GH4698 alloy,the TIG welding technology of GH4698 alloy was studied,and the sound weld could be obtained.The results showed that the GH4698 alloy exhibited high cracking resistance,welded under water-cooling condition and with the filler metal HGH533.With the post-weld heat treatment at 775 ℃ for 16 h,the tensile strength of the welded joint at ambient temperature was close to that of the base metal,and the tensile strength of the joint at the high temperature was 92% of that of the base metal,the Vickers hardness of the weld was close to that of the base metal too.The post-weld heat treatment had no detrimental effect on the base metal.On the basis of these results,the load-bearing ring of an engine had been welding repaired successfully.
