背面保护剂对304不锈钢TIG焊缝外观及耐蚀性的影响

摘　　要：使用自制的不锈钢背面保护剂,采用苏州华焊公司生产的DIGITAL305自动TIG焊机对304不锈钢薄壁管进行焊接,研究了背面保护剂对焊缝外观及接头耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,在不充氩的情况下,使用不锈钢背面保护剂可以对304不锈钢TIG焊缝的背面进行有效保护,焊缝背面不氧化,呈现银白色金属光泽,焊缝余高适中,表面光洁,成形良好,焊接接头耐氯离子腐蚀的性能增强。It was discussed that using the homemade protestants of stainless steel in this paper.Suzhou industrial park A-HAND technology offered the automatic TIG welder which model was the DIGITAL305,the 304 stainless steel tube was welded by this welding machine.It was studied that the effect of protestants on the back on the appearance and the corrosion resistance of welded joint.The results showed that under without nitrogen conditions using the protestants of stainless steel,the TIG welding joint of 304 stainless steel could be effective protection.The back of weld was not oxidative,and its appeared white metal luster,the suitable root reinforcement,its surface was smooth and beautiful,good shape,the properties of the corrosion resistance of chloride of the welded point could be effective increased.
