摘　　要：本文提出的管控预测预警系统模型就是运用科学的预报手段对部分关键指标提供快速预警,并对部分关键指标提供即期的预测,为经营管控提供科学有效支持的管控预测预警系统能有效指导公司运营。本文的重点是预测预警的模型、流程和方法。In this paper,the author presents the modeling process of early warning model which is created by providing immediate forecast for part of key indicators using the scientific forecasting methods.Early warning system which provides scientific and effective support for management and control is essential to guide the company management.The model,procedure and method of early warning are discussed in this paper.
