摘　　要：提出应用工作流技术解决许可审批流程电子化过程中所面临的流程、申请材料、人员分工等方面的复杂多变的问题,并结合实际工作进行了工作流系统的模型分析,展示了工作流技术在实际系统中的应用结果。This article discusses the application of workflow in the electronical system for telecommunication licensing to streamline the procedure,handle materials of application and divide work among staff.In combination with the practices,it makes model analysis of the workflow system,and demonstrates the results of application.
