摘 要:目的为进一步提高联吡啶钌电化学发光检测的灵敏度,研究了非离子表面活性剂Tween 20对联吡啶钌电化学发光的增敏作用。方法对Tween20的浓度进行优化后,在最佳添加浓度0.1%的条件下,测试联吡啶钌的灵敏度、线性范围和稳定性。最后,探讨了Tween20对三丙胺电化学行为的影响。结果 Tween 20浓度为0.1%时,对联吡啶钌电化学发光的增敏作用最佳。在此浓度下,联吡啶钌的检测灵敏度提高了100倍,在浓度为5×10^(-11)~1×10^(-7)mol/L范围内与电化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,且Tween 20能促进三丙胺在电极表面的直接氧化并增强其氧化电流。结论 Tween 20对联吡啶钌的电化学发光具有较强的增敏作用。Objective To improve the sensitivity of the Ru(bpy)3^2+ electrochemiluminescence (ECL) detection, the sensitization of nonionic surfactant Tween 20 on the ECL of Ru (bpy) 3^2+ was studied. Methods The concentration of Tween 20 added was optimized firstly. In the optimum concentration of Tween 20 as 0. 1% , the sensitivity, linear range and repeatability of Ru(bpy) 3^2 + were tested. Then, the effects of Tween 20 on the electrochemical behavior of tripropylamine were discussed. Results When the concentration of Tween 20 was 0. 1%, the sensitization on the ECL was best. In this concentration, the sensitivity of Ru (bpy)3^2+ increased 100 times, and there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of Ru(bpy)3^2+ and ECL intensity in the range of 5×10^-11~1×10^-7mol/L. Moreover, Tween 20 could promote the direct oxidation of tripropylamine on the electrode surface and enhance the oxidation current. Conclusions Tween 20 has strong sensitization of on the ECL of Ru(bpy)3^2+.
