摘  要:目的研究丙型肝炎患者的丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)高度可变区1(hypervariable region 1,HVR1)各位点氨基酸(amino acid,AA)的极性及带电情况与TNF-α表达量之间的规律性。方法根据样本聚类结果,以HCV的HVR1区域各位点氨基酸的极性及带电情况作为属性,对数据集进行规则挖掘。结果当aa5为极性不带电氨基酸时,TNF-α表达量下调;当aa5为非极性氨基酸,aa16为极性不带电氨基酸时,TNF-α上调。当aa5和aa16为非极性氨基酸,aa10为极性不带电氨基酸时,TNF-α上调。当aa5、aa16和aa10为非极性氨基酸时,aa19不带电,则TNF-α下调;aa19带电则TNF-α上调。结论丙型肝炎患者HCV的HVR1区域氨基酸的极性及带电情况与TNF-α的表达量之间具有一定的规律性。Objective To study the regularity of the polarity and charged case of the amino acid sequence of hypervariable region 1 (HVR1) in hepatitis C virus (HCV) and the TNF-α expression in hepatitis C patients. Methods According to the sample clustering results, we take the polar and charged case of the amino acids of each point in the HVR1 as an attribution to carry out the regularity mining of the data. Results When aa5 is polar and uncharged aa, the expression of TNF-α decreases. When aa5 is non-polar aa and aa16 is polar and uncharged aa, the expression of TNF-α increases. When aa5 and aa16 are non-polar amino acids and aalO is polar and uncharged aa, TNF-α increases. When aaS, aa16 and aa10 are non-polar amino acids, if aal9 is uncharged, TNF-α expression decreases; if aa19 is charged, TNF-α increases. Conclusions There is certain regularity of the polarity and charged case of amino acids and TNF-α expression in HCV.
