改良胸腔闭式引流在肺大泡自发性气胸治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察使用中心静脉导管作胸腔闭式引流在自发性气胸治疗中临床应用的可行性。方法:50例自发性气胸患者应用中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流术,观察术后肺舒张时间,治疗有效率,患者疼痛不适异常感觉以及拔管后的美观效果等。结果:肺复张时间1～2天,治愈率96%,全部患者均无置管处疼痛不适等,拔管后患者胸壁处无瘢痕残留。结论:应用中心静脉导管作闭式引流术治疗自发性气胸具有操作方法简便、实用、安全、并发症少、穿刺点不留瘢痕美观等优点。Objective：To observe the use of central venous catheters for the feasibility of clinical application of closed thoracic drainage in spontaneous pneumothorax treatment.Method：50 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax in patients with central venous catheter carried out closed thoracic drainage,Observed postoperative pulmonary relaxation time,the treatment efficiency and patient pain and discomfort,abnormal sensation and aesthetic effect after extubation.Result：Lung re-expansion time of 1-2 days,the cure rate was 96%,all patients had no catheter at the pain discomfort,after extubation there was no scar residues in chest wall of the patients.Conclusion：Central venous catheter for closed drainage for spontaneous pneumothorax was simple,practical,safe,with few complications,and the puncture site without leaving scars aesthetic advantages,and Widely promoted for the primary hospital.
