摘　　要：教风学风管理作风是学校教学基本建设的重要方面。文章简要阐述了"三风"建设的基本内涵,分析了我院"三风"建设存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了加强"三风"建设的途径和措施。The style of teaching, learning and management are critical points of basic construction in higher institution. The paper sets forth briefly the connotation of the style of teaching, learning and management, analyzes the problems and proposes the ways of solving them.
