摘  要:传统的多电平技术研究主要集中在电压型变流器,对电流型多电平的研究还不多,对电流型多电平整流器的研究更为少见。将对偶思想应用于电压型多电平的调控策略对偶到电流型多电平,并采用模块并联和载波相移技术,提出并实现了以三相电流型7电平整流器为代表的全新的三相电流型多电平整流器。着重分析了其工作原理和调制策略,在搭建DSP+CPLD数字平台的基础上实现了三逻辑载波相移SPWM信号的全数字化以及多路PWM驱动信号的产生,最终通过建立样机验证了控制策略和调制方法运用于电流型多电平整流器的正确性和可行性。Conventional research on mutilevel technology mainly focuses on voltage-source converters while less research on multilevel of current-source,saying nothing of multilevel rectifier of current-source.A new three-phase multilevel rectifier of current-source was introduced by extending control strategy from voltage source to currernt source.Three-phase multilevel rectifier of current source was studied,and 7 level three-phase rectifier of current source chosen as an example to illustrate its principle together with its control strategy.Besides finishing setting up the digital platform consisting of DSP and CPLD,the digital implementation method for 3-logic SPWM was presented when all the PWM driving signals were generated.Finally,the topology and its control strategy for three-phase multilevel rectifier of current-source were proved by experimental results.
