摘 要:本文就SP003(新烟碱类)在使用剂量与防治效果、与几种常用药剂之间的比较以及持效期等方面进行了防治甘蔗螟虫的试验研究。结果显示:SP003使用剂量与防治效果之间存在正相关,即防治效果随使用剂量的增加而提高,处理剂量ai 600 g/hm2、900 g/hm2和1200 g/hm2的防治效果分别达到69.06%~71.83%、76.21%~83.23%和83.35%~84.07%。与常用药剂的防治效果相比,SP003显著优于辛硫磷和毒死蜱等2种低毒有机磷类杀虫剂;优于或相当于高毒有机磷类杀虫剂特丁硫磷;显著优于高毒氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂呋喃丹。This article reports the test results of neonicotinoid insecticides SP003 to control sugarcane borers. The research touch on the relationship between its application rate and control effect, comparison between several commonly used insecticides and its persistence. The results showed that there is positive relationship between control effect and application rate. The control effect were 69.06%-71.83%, 76.21%-83.23% and 83.35%-84.07% respectively when its application rate were ai 600 g/hm2, 900 g/hm2 and 1200 g/hm2. The control effect of SP003 is significantly better than two low toxic organophosphorus insecticides phoxim and chlorpyrifos and a highly toxic carbamate insecticide carbofuran and better than or equivalent to a highly toxic organophosphate insecticide terbufos.
