摘 要:本文通过研究矿石性质、现场产品考查,查明了铅、锌损失状态。文章指出,影响选矿指标的因素有:方铅矿、闪锌矿嵌镶关系复杂导致不易解离;现场生产的疏漏导致产品混杂互带;大厂坝矿石氧化导致锌回收率偏低;小厂坝矿尾矿中存在过粉碎导致弥散状的方铅矿。因此提高选矿指标的可能途径是加强对产品中混杂物质的抑制,尽量回收氧化锌,避免过粉碎矿石。This paper discussed the reasons of the Pb,Zn loss state through studying the nature of the ore and checking products on-site.The factors influencing the index of ore-dressing are as follows: the complex mosaic relation between galena and sphalerite leading to dissociate minerals uneasy;careless and omission in production on-site leading to the products mixed interaction;oxidized ore in Dachangba Mine leading to the low recovery of zinc;excessive crushing of tailings in Xiaochangba Mine leading to the dispersion of galena.Therefore,the feasible way to improve the ore-dressing indexes is to enhance the suppression of material mixed in products,recycle zinc oxide as far as possible and avoid excessive ore grinding.
