摘  要:采用小麦、燕麦、分蘖洋葱、白菜、芹菜分别与黄瓜进行伴生或套作栽培,研究不同栽培模式对黄瓜生长和根际可培养土壤微生物数量的影响。结果表明,各种栽培模式均能促进设施黄瓜生长,提高黄瓜产量;其中,燕麦处理的黄瓜产量最高,提高产量27.85%;其次是小麦处理,提高产量24.05%。各栽培模式均可提高黄瓜根际土壤细菌和放线菌数量,降低土壤真菌和尖镰孢菌数量。说明不同栽培模式均不同程度改善土壤微生态环境。The objective of the experiments was to study the effects of different accompanying/intercropping crops on the growth of cucumber and the numbers of culturable rhizosphere soil microorganisms.The different cultivation modes used were wheat,oat accompanied with cucumber,respectively;tomato-onion,Chinese cabbage and celery intercropped with cucumber,respectively.Results showed that different cultivation modes promoted the growth of cucumber and improved cucumber yield.The yield of the oat-cucumber treatment was the best,increased yield 27.85%;secondly increased yield of wheat-cucumber treatment was 24.05%.Accompanying/intercropping cultivation modes increased the numbers of culturable bacteria and actinomycetes,while reduced the numbers of culturable soil fungi and Fusarium in the rhizosphere of cucumber.Overall,the results demonstrated that all accompanying/intercropping treatments improved soil micro-ecological environment at different levels.
