摘　　要：为满足水稻植质钵育秧盘成型需要,根据农艺要求设计出水稻植质钵育秧盘结构;根据水稻植质钵育秧盘的结构,设计研制出手动与自动一体化的水稻植质钵育秧盘成型机,该机具有结构简单合理、操作方便安全、一次性成型、占地面积小等特点;对其进行大量的试验和检测结果表明,各项指标均达到水稻植质钵育秧盘的成型要求,水稻植质钵育秧盘成型合格率达到99.7%。为研制其他类型的成型机提供技术参考。In order to meet the needs of the rice seedling-growing tray made of paddy-straw,a kind of forming machine for rice seedling-growing tray made of paddy-straw integrated manually and automatically has been designed and developed,which is based on analyzing and researching other forming devices and principles,and has been tested and detected.Test indicates that indexes reaches the requirements of rice in cupulate compartment tray of plant material forming,and percent of pass reaches 99.7%.This article could provide a technical reference for the development of other types of forming machines.
