摘　　要：某化工企业的SAN装置原设计生产能力27kt/a,经过扩能改造后达到75.5kt/a,原脱挥器不能满足扩能后的产能和产品质量的要求。对装置新增加1个反应器、利用原有第一、第二脱挥器、对脱挥器内的进料分配器重新进行了结构设计。实际运行表明,该技术改造是成功的。The original Design Production Capacity of the SAN Plant of a chemical enterprise was 27 kt/a,the capacity reached to 75.5 kt/a after expansion renovation,and thus the original devolatilizer could not meet the requirement of the capacity and product quality.One reactor was added to the plant,the first and second original devolatilizers were used,to make structure redesign to the feed distributer inside the devolatilzers.Actual operation showed this technical renovation is successful.
