摘 要:以镁盐为碱性添加剂,研究了碱性添加剂添加量对污泥厌氧产甲烷及其稳定化过程的影响。结果表明:1%的碱性添加剂对污泥产甲烷有明显促进作用,其在第35天的累积产气量达到了4 253.75 mL/kg,纯污泥的累积产气量仅为1 922.5 mL/kg;而当碱性添加剂添加量大于3%时,产甲烷菌活性受到明显抑制。热重分析揭示,碱性添加剂添加量为1%的污泥中大分子有机物降解速率最快,其热解残余物从起初的41.67%增加到第35天的48.87%;随着添加剂添加量的增加,污泥中有机物降解速率明显降低,当其添加量大于3%时,碱性添加剂显著抑制产甲烷菌活性,进而阻碍了污泥中有机物的降解。元素分析表明,碱性添加剂添加量为1%的污泥其碳氢化合物降解速率最快,在第35天其C、N、H的降解率分别达到了10.92%、16.52%和14.69%,纯污泥降解率相对较差,3种元素的降解率分别为5.16%、16.92%和5.45%;而碱性添加剂添加量在3%以上的污泥均表现出了较差的可降解性能,其中碱性添加剂添加量为10%的污泥降解率最低。Taking magnesium salts as the alkaline additive,the effect of alkaline additive on the methane production of sludge anaerobic fermentation and its stabilization was studied.The results showed that 1% alkaline additive had obvious effect on methane production of sludge,and the biogas yield was increased from 1 922.5 mL/kg of raw sludge to 4 253.75 mL/kg of modified sludge with 1% alkaline additive on the 35th day.When dosage of alkaline additive was higher than 3%,the activity of methanogenic bacteria was inhibited considerably.Thermal analysis disclosed that organic substances with large molecules in modified sludge with 1% additive was degraded more rapidly,and its pyrolysis residual increased significantly from initial 41.67% to 48.87% on the 35th day.The degradation rate of organic substances decreased obviously with increasing dosage of alkaline additive.When dosage of alkaline additive was higher than 3%,the activity of methanogenic bacteria was inhibited considerably by the alkaline additive to impede degradation of organic substances.Furthermore,element analysis indicated that the highest degradation efficiencies of hydrocarbon were obtained in the modified sludge with 1% additive,and its degradation efficiencies of C,N and H were 10.92%,16.52% and 14.69% respectively on the 35th day.However the corresponding values were 5.16%,16.92% and 5.45% in raw sludge.The biodegradability of sludge was deteriorated with the increasing additive dosage when the dosage was higher than 3%,and the poorest degradation was found in the modified sludge by 10% additive.
