摘 要:目的:探讨改良铸造金属横腭弓在控制磨牙支抗方面与传统弯制横腭弓的区别。方法:选择安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形需要中度支抗的患者20例,分为两组,一组使用改良铸造金属横腭弓加强支抗,另一组使用传统弯制横腭弓加强支抗,对治疗前后的记存模型和X线头影测量片进行测量和分析。结果:下颌平面角、前下面高比例变化指标两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余指标两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良铸造金属横腭弓是一种良好的增强磨牙支抗的方法,其性能在很多方面优于传统弯制横腭弓,为临床同类支抗的应用提供了选择。Objective: To compare the improved casting molten transpalatal arch with the conventional transpalatal arch in controlling molar anchorage ability.Methods: Twenty adult patients with Class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion were included in this study and were randomly divided into two groups.One group used improved casting molten transpalatal arch,and the other group used conventional transpalatal arch.Record models and cephalometric films were taken and analyzed before and after orthodontic treatment.Results: No statistical difference was found in mandibular plane angle and anterior lower facial height between the two groups(P0.05),and differences in the other indexes between the two groups were statistical significant(P0.05).Conclusions: Improved casting molten transpalatal arch is a good method for strengthening molar anchorage and has better performance than conventional transpalatal arch.It offers a choice for clinical application of similar anchorage.
