针刺内关穴配合生脉注射液治疗扩张型心肌病所致心律失常疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺内关穴配合生脉注射液治疗扩张型心肌病所致心律失常的临床疗效。方法将80例扩张型心肌病所致心律失常患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加针刺内关穴配合生脉注射液治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗1～6个月后,治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺内关穴配合生脉注射液是一种治疗扩张型心肌病所致心律失常的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Neiguan （PC 6） plus Shengmai injection in treating arrhythmias due to dilated cardiomyopathy. Method Eighty patients with arrhythmias due to dilated cardiomyopathy were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 40 in each. The control group was intervened by regular medication, while the treatment group received acupuncture at Neiguan （PC 6） plus Shengmai injection in addition to the treatment given to the control group. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed. Result After 1-6 months of treatment, the total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group versus 70.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at Neiguan （PC 6） plus Shengmai injection is an effective way in treating arrhythmias due to dilated cardiomyopathy.
