摘　　要：对拥塞控制机制进行理论分析研究一直是因特网研究领域的热点,文中对因特网拥塞控制的基本数学架构进行了分析,勾画了一个用于因特网的分析和设计的统一的数学框架。在此基础上,对因特网拥塞控制的研究热点问题进行了归纳、分析,为拥塞控制算法的设计与分析提供了理论依据。The theoretical analysis of network congestion control mechanism have always been a hot research topic in the internet research field. Analysis and research of the basic mathematical modeling about internet congestion control mechanism are given and a unified mathematical modeling which can be used in the design and analysis of internet is proposed. On this basis, the various hotspots of internet congestion control mechanism are summed up and analysised, the result of the research offers the theoretical proof for the design and analysis of congestion control algorithm.
