摘  要:文中针对轮胎表面的形貌和轮胎胎面特点提出了一种新型的基于激光三角法的轮胎胎面磨损测量系统,以激光三角法为理论基础,阐述了一种利用激光三角法扫描获取轮胎胎面的深度参数,并对轮胎磨损前和磨损后两次扫描获取的数据进行比对的方法得出轮胎磨损情况。对系统的组成、系统结构、及测试方法进行了介绍,并对系统测试进行了软件设计,对测试结果进行了分析。According to the tire surface morphology and tire surface characteristics, this paper introduces a new kind of based on laser triangulation tire tread wear measuring system. With laser triangulation as the theoretical basis, and expounds a kind of method, that use laser triangulation scanning to get the depth parameters of tire, and compare with two wear scans data of the tyre of before and after wear to get information of tire wear. In the paper, the composition of the system of system structure and testing methods are introduced, the system test are designed with software, and the testing results are analyzed.
