摘 要:采用木醋废液调质石灰石,并在热重分析(thermogravimetric analysis,TGA)仪上对调质产物的热解特性进行研究。X射线衍射结果表明,木醋调质石灰石的主要成分为水合醋酸钙,其热解过程大致分为3个阶段。扫描电子显微镜及N2吸附分析结果表明,木醋调质石灰石热解产物具有较石灰石更为疏松多孔的孔隙结构。选定3个升温速率(5,20,40 K/min),采用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法与Starink法2种无模式法计算热解反应活化能,2种方法计算结果极为接近,且规律性相同,活化能数值表现出先增大后减小、再增大的趋势,进一步证明了木醋调质石灰石热解的复杂性与多阶段性。The thermal decomposition characteristics of limestone modified by wood vinegar, an organic acid waste, were measured by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The phase composition analysis measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD) of limestone modified by wood vinegar shows that the major composition in the sample is hydration calcium acetate. TGA result shows that the thermal decomposition process of modified limestone could be roughly divided into three stages. The structure of thermal decomposition product of modified limestone, measured by scanning electron microscope and nitrogen adsorption method, is much looser than that of original limestone, which is conducive to the sulfation reaction. The Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method and Starink method were used to calculate the activation energy during the thermal decomposition process at heating rates of 5, 20, 40K/min. Results show that this two methods are very close, and the regularity are the same, the activation energy increases firstly then decreases and increases finally. It also confirms the characteristics of multistage and complexity of the limestone modified by wood vinegar.
